Can anyone recommend any books on managing (raising?) 3-5 year olds?

Our newish au pair is lovely, but needs more strategies for handling my kids than I have the patience to give her. Even if the underlying philosophy is not perfectly aligned with mine, I believe that it could be useful. (Plz don't shame me for having limited patience.)

Preferably a book or two in Spanish. I know she'd read them!
