She was amazing and even had upcoming birthday party gifts purchased and wrapped. She got the kids ready for school, with lunches made, picked them up from school and took them to practice or lessons or playdayes.
She was a true godsend. I am so sad we lost her (she moved to Los Angeles).
What did you pay her?
$27 an hour plus healthcare and use of a leased car.
Too little because the car is taxable to her if she can use it on off hours. You should have been paying a minimum of $35/hr!
