You say you only pay eight dollar$, how much do you think she makes total?
These all factor in.
She works 8 hours /day and the $8/h is a copay, like your insurance copay where you pay $30 and the doctor get another $90 to $$$$. I am sure my company pay at least twice that amount additionally. Not sure how much she gets to pocket but I am pretty sure she is "well" paid. I think she comes from agency such as white house nannies or similar. I don't care if she unwind using her phone but hard to look pass that when the she leaving a mess behind her. Anyway good to know this not common. Next time I will know what to expect.
