This is the nanny forum, it is ILLEGAL to record an employee without their knowledge. We will not help you here. I am reporting your post.
Sadly, it is not illegal to record your Nanny (or anyone else for that matter) in your home w/out their knowledge.
This is a myth.
It is only illegal to record audio in certain states.
One can record video of a person, then show their friends and/or post the video online since no law prohibits that.
It is a sad travesty - but breaks zero laws.
