If you are switching they will waive the fee.

Worth it.

From my experience - they have a good matching system - you can have three people selected for interviews at any time, and I have never met the kind of candidates that ask what the 'perks' will be. This leads me to believe that they are better at onboarding the candidates.

But maybe I have just been lucky? We have just signed up for au pair #3 after 2 other great matches!

I have been very happy with GoAupair. You don't need the biggest pool, you need one quality candidate, and most of their candidates are great, and there is no cutthroat competition for them.

I switched from CCAP to APC this year after 6 yrs.

It’s only because they had my “perfect” candidate. I have no loyalty because I look for the best fit.

Only agency I won’t return to is APIA. They did me wrong.

I've been with Cultural Care for years and years, but haven't found anyone that's inspiring this time around and I've been looking since March and am still at square one. In a perfect world I'd find a male Spanish speaking au pair that is very energetic (I have 2 boys that need to be worn out), but I'm more interested in the Spanish-speaking part of the equation. Can anyone recommend a different agency?
