You aren’t entitled to quality childcare just because you “comfortably afford” whatever that number is for you. Please stop trying to mislead parents here. If, however, you know of a decent sitter who will take this job for $20., please post her contact here. Thanks!

It’snot, OP. Not unless you are in a locked guest house or floor of the house and never drop in. It is a complication for your older child as he/she will always prefer to be with you. Working from home is an added pressure for a nanny.
