Perhaps because you speak of exchanging MASSAGES instead of MESSAGES?

I think this is it. Also keep your response short & simple. Basically along the lines of whatever number of emails were exchanged discussing position an salary. Negotiations were unsuccessful and it was mutually decided to end discussion.

I checked through Care message about whether the family would negotiate rate and dates. Since they did not want to negotiate, we never interviewed in person, never called and never agreed to a position. I'm confused about why I now have a negative review.

My two cents. Good luck, OP.

Hi Maria , I am a bit confused by the negative feedback
When I never had interview with you or spoke with you on the phone.
We exchanged only two or three massages with few lines through care.com and you left negative feed back on my profile.
Your add stated rate , start date and end date . From my experience some employer are willing to negotiate with the rate and have flexibility with start date and end date .
Their add didn’t stated about their flexibility with dates and their willingness to negotiate with rate.
I just wanted to make sure about those things .
You mentioned you are not willing to negotiate with rate and I didn’t accept the position.
Thanks for your feedback.

DID I USE INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE?
If yes please make it correct for me.
Thanks

Or, it's because you're being too personal in the review and it violates care.com's code of conduct.

Sorry I read your first post wrong lol I thought the mother said you used inappropriate language
Is there a way to complain to care.com or report stuff?
Can you leave her a review?
I would just write
Never met in person, family wasn’t willing to negotiate hours and pay befor we met, family didn’t invite me for an interview and instead decided to leave a bad review for me.

What exactly did she say besides you wasted her time?

Maybe not perfect English but it was ok!
Here’s what I think....
Through my experience, I learned that there are mothers who see themselves superior and they get whatever they want. And if something doesn’t go their way, they still blame everybody around themselves, not themselves, even if it was their own fault.
And some people are so full of themselves they can’t take a no!
I work for one of such mothers like that, I’m about to quit on Friday with 2 weeks notice.
I’m scared because I don’t like quitting, but I also know in this instance, shell probably tel me not to come back next Monday, because she’s very selfish and just doesn’t care.
So I don’t know how care.com reviews work, either try to make a comment back on her review, or just leave it, or get a new account. But don’t feel bad about her trashing you, it just shows she’s not a nice person and you’re better off not working for her in the first place!
Hope that helps!

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I can’t make new account. I have many positive reviews from my other clients.

Too much. No one wants to read a rambling mess.

I am sorry we could not work out a mutual agreement. We only emailed through Care.com and never met in person as we could not agree on the salary and hours. Best wishes in finding a nanny for your family.

Not "inappropriate" but poorly written in English. This will not help you get a position.

Op here , could you please read what I am asking for
I didn’t ask for position I need advice about my post .
I see many posts from nannies written with poor English on care.com.

Thanks for all your replies.
I was the one who question about care.com feedback.
My previous post
I was talking with a family and things didn’t work out.
I didn’t meet them or talked over the phone.
We were just exchanged mails through care.com
She wrote negative review about me on care.com.
She mentioned that I waste her time.

I TRIED MY BEST IF SHE COULD REMOVE HER FEEDBACK BUT SHE DIDNT.
I want to reply her on my profile . When I try to reply care.com don’t want to publish my post.
It’s showing please check for Inappropriate Language.
I didn’t use any Inappropriate Language.
Any suggestions
Thanks again
