Then move along! Don’t you think that if OP could magically improve her English that she would? How many languages do you speak? Stop being so judgmental and start being more compassionate. Most of us can easily decipher this, so maybe it is your skills that are lacking???

OP, you didn’t do anything wrong. I think when suggesting something to a parent, you should be cautious to suggest it very gently while also asking them if they have suggestions. I can imagine that because your English isn’t strong, that you may come across as more demanding and less as wanting to work with them through the issue. But, they hired you knowing this and should work with you on this. I just don’t think those families will have much luck with finding the childcare they want. I wish you the best in finding a new family!

There is nothing wrong with posting twice. This new post she is saying she was fired for not holding the baby. At least I think that is what she is saying.

She’s telling the parents to not hold their baby while it sleeps all the time because now it won’t sleep in a crib. And they don’t like getting advice from her. And now the second baby is high needs so the first gets less holding and both babies cry all the tine.

I agree she is very difficult to understand, which is why I asked if she posted earlier in the week( very similar writing). I think what she is trying to say is she works in a nanny share and neither set of parents want their kid to cry.

Can someone explain? I can't understand what OP's issue is.

I’m sorry, OP. Your employers were unreasonable and certainly not cut out for a share. I hope you find a better position.

I was working with a family ,we sing up contract ,I worked for 6 weeks and the first time I was suggesting to the family stop hold for sleep the baby because it was a share and always when I was given to them any advise looked me like I was to express to tell the what need to do with the baby, well the baby always sleep in the arms and when I was put in the crib wake up take 4 or 5 times to do his sleep for a list 45 minuts .when the new baby arrive has a problem ,special needs for be caring and can be crying at all now they told I do not fit for their because the babies cry if I was feeding one an another be crying because wanna be held all the time . what supost I did wrong?, no give any advice , no notice
