They haven't voiced any complaints about me but maybe they feel the same way about something and I just don't know about it?
I have had the same issue with dad coming home late. It irritates me because I am expecting to leave on time (just like I arrived on time). It’s not about the money either; I have worked for 10.5 hours and don’t forget about the time I left my house and the time it will take me to return home after a long days work. When you get home late, I get home late and now I’m rushing to eat so I’m not eating at 9:30 at night. So, I’ve voiced that I understand how things come up, however, I am not able to stay passed my shift hours. If you aren’t able to get home on time, I can help you find a backup who can relieve me on time and wait for you to get home. Or I will need to change my hours (to leave at least 30 minutes early as coming in later and staying later is not an option).
I know this isn’t what op was asking but I had to comment.
