If you go into rematch the pool of candidates is very small. We had to with our first candidate who decided to go home early for a job opportunity at home. It took us almost 6 weeks to get somebody new because we do not want to lose the agency fee.
overall I found unresponsive, the local coordinator was good, and our second O'Hare was really a rockstar. the matching process is not as automated as it was with larger agencies, but I think they do have a web-based searching system now rather than requiring a matching specialist to send you individual au pairs profiles. I would not hesitate to use them again however remember the rematch issue always looms large and that's the biggest issue that I would be aware of.
Ok thank you! So you ended up rematching with an out of country candidate?
