Yes, out of country. Takes 4-6 weeks. you will need interim child care that the agency does not provide. So unless parents can take off from work, or you have grandparents that can help out, it's very challenging.

overall I found unresponsive, the local coordinator was good, and our second O'Hare was really a rockstar. the matching process is not as automated as it was with larger agencies, but I think they do have a web-based searching system now rather than requiring a matching specialist to send you individual au pairs profiles. I would not hesitate to use them again however remember the rematch issue always looms large and that's the biggest issue that I would be aware of.


Ok thank you! So you ended up rematching with an out of country candidate?

Their agency fees is about $1500 cheaper than most agency, I wonder if anyone have used them before?
How was your experience?
Do they have a good selection of APs?
