Yes, out of country. Takes 4-6 weeks. you will need interim child care that the agency does not provide. So unless parents can take off from work, or you have grandparents that can help out, it's very challenging.

We had to with our first candidate who decided to go home early for a job opportunity at home. It took us almost 6 weeks to get somebody new because we do not want to lose the agency fee.

Their agency fees is about $1500 cheaper than most agency, I wonder if anyone have used them before?
