Yes, after the initial introduction it is entirely up to them to do the rest.
It’s nice to hear that they were a good match!

I introduced one of my fellow preschool teachers to a family friend who is looking for a weekend nanny. I like this teacher but don’t know her that well.
Anyway, they met and got along. I want to bow out now but both the mother and teacher/nanny are calling me about hours, duties, scheduling, etc. that should be handled by them. I made the introduction and am done, right?
At this point I feel that if it works out or not - I should not be involved. Is that right?
