Agreed however retention is vitally important as well. You don’t want a nanny who will leave when a better paying job comes along. A toddler and infant is a tough gig for anyone. Pay too low and she could leave for the same salary but an easier gig.

$25-$30 for someone qualified, with experience caring for both an infant and toddler, and who is dependable. Good luck!

At least $23 to $25 an hour. No question. You are competing against jobs with one child at $20 to $25 in your area.
