If all of the staff are looking to make a change, then there is an issue—either pay is low, the work is too hard (are the same teachers running before and aftercare too), or the administrators are not creating a positive environment. That’s not on you to fix.
I agree about giving the name of a great agency - probably your agency - and putting in a good word for them if you want but nothing more.
Preschool teachers are very much in demand as nannies and can easily earn between $25 to $35 an hour. No preschool is going to pay that. But no medical generally and no job that lasts 30 yrs like a school.
