I babysat for someone who had twin 2 year olds and a 1 yo. They had a triple stroller but I am not sure of the brand. It was a City mini style though, the canvas style seats and they were all side by side.

+1. There are a few options for having more than two children ride (check Valco strollers) but they are quite pricey, hard to find used, and really only make sense if 3-4 babies all belong to the same family.

Assuming this is a share situation, get a basic double for babies and have older kids walk. You can also get a rider board for tired kids and put it on the double, or throw a carrier in the basket to swap out a kid if needed.
