Well I come in at 6:30AM.
Mom leaves the house for work & I care for both children alone until Dad comes to dress the older child for preschool, then leaves.
This can be anywhere from 7:00 to 7:45AM.
I don’t get paid for two kids -
I only get paid for the girl.
This happens 5x/wk and it’s starting to bother me.
Part of me feels taken advantage of while the other part thinks since I absolutely adore the little boy that I should just let it go.
Question: What SHOULD I do?
I am already working below rate for them if this even factors in.
