OP, just be matter of fact and tell them what your rate/terms are and see if they still want to book the time with you.

They are your neighbors? I would never worry about my neighbors paying me, but I guess that depends on the neighborhood. Are you in agreement on pay? Is there any reason you would suspect that they won’t pay you? Are they a low income or low class family?

Something I’m learning is that even for short term or part time you should have a contract for both you and the parents to sign. It doesn’t have to let everything out but just show how many days, hours and compensation. If they’re not open to paying you at the end of each day, make it clear that they pay you at the end of the day on your last day of the week. You can also recommend them paying you via cash app (cash app, PayPal, Venmo). Some parents don’t carry cash.

Sure, just tell them "I'd be happy to watch Donald Jr. and Ivanka next Monday through Wednesday - I'll just need to be paid at the end of each day."
That way if they don't pay you one day you don't work the next.

My neighbors wants me to watch their kids only for three days. They just moved here . Is that okay if I will ask them to pay me end of the day?
I just want if they will pay me end of each day. I heard nannies had bad experiences with the families who need short term care. Some time they don’t pay after you worked for them.
