Yes, but most are mixed with care of elementary aged kids through possibly teens.

Look for positions listed as home manager, personal assistant, family assistant, etc. Most of those positions also have some driving for tweens and teens, but as the kids age out, it can continue. I know a former nanny who has been with the same family for 28 years, because although she started as the infant nanny, she was happy to stay with the family and change duties as needs changed. Be aware that many families think home manager and housekeeper are the same thing; they are very different, but the families don’t want to hear it, so just ask nicely for a list of duties they want the home maw aged to do.

You could also watch out for packages that are being delivered, returning an item to a store, maybe paying other employees like nanny, Gardener etc, shopping for things, taking car to get oil/serviced. As pp mentioned, if home needs a repair you can be there to let person in. If there’s pets maybe you can take pet to get groomed etc
I think if all depends on what a family needs.

It's also managing and dealing with people.

So for example, DH and I own rental properties and we've sent our house manager over to one to meet a plumber or handyman to get a quote after explaining what we need done.

We've had our house manager research places we're going on vacation, coming up with an itinerary, etc.

Accepting deliveries and getting them set up - like when we're having a party and an alcohol delivery gets scheduled, rental table and chairs get delivered, while wrangling the kids, showing caterers where to get set up.

First, I am thankful for all of you . Whenever I had any issue you guys helped me and my issues were solved.
I am working as nanny almost 7 years. My current charge family was paying me very well. I don’t think I will be able to find another family like them who treat me very well and pay me very well. Now, they wants me to find another job which is understandable. They are moving.
I used to be store manager in retail. I don’t want to work in retail and don’t want to be nanny any more.
I am interested to find a job as House management.
Btw, I am excellent cook , I know house manager responsibilities are different ( but it’s plus if they are interested if I cook for them)
So far I think house manager duties are making appointments, scheduling, planing events etc,,,,
Please give me more information what’s house manager responsibilities? Is there lot of families who are looking for house manager? How I can find a position as house manager?
Any information will be helpful
Thanks again
