It’s not OT. Pay is 18 per hour.

Number 1 baby is only 3 months so you guys can work together to get him/her sleep trained. Although you have no vacations of your choosing at least you have 5 that are spread out throughout the year— plus an extra 3 days and all holidays.
Number 1 package is better but it boils down to who could you see yourself building a good, long term relationship with.
