I'm actually going to recommend the baby bjorn travel crib. It is SO much lighter than the pack and play to move around, and also much easier to set up and take down. Bonus is that if you go on a trip, your LO will be familiar with it and can sleep with ease on the go in a hotel room or wherever (and trust me you want to travel with this, NOT a PNP).

There are other travel cribs out there that are even easier to be on the go with- I have heard great things about the Lotus and there is also a 4Moms one as well, so you might want to research that a bit. (We had the bjorn and really enjoyed it for travel but the Lotus is better for travel). The Bjorn has a nice thick mattress - the size is weird so buy the sheet that goes with it unless you want bunchy sheets (which is what we did).

Yep, pack n play! My charges were 6 months when I started and at age 2, they’re still able to nap in the pack n play.

Like pp said, I would recommend getting a mattress for the pack n play because those mats are super thin. We got my niece a mattress for hers (when she comes over), from amazon and I want to sleep on it- it’s comfy!

I would recommend a pack n play as well, but would suggest you buy a separate mattress to go in it. The ones that come with the pack n play are just thick cardboard with a thin pad on top. We got this one: https://www.amazon.com/Dream-Me-Playard-Mattress-White/dp/B004JU0H6O/ref=sr_1_5_s_it?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1527904273&sr=1-5&keywords=pack+n+play+mattress

I suggest a pack + play as well.

They are perfect for situations as yours.

Pack n play sounds like a good idea. Plus it’ll grow with your baby and you won’t really need to buy anything else

FTM here, and we are starting a nanny share with another family when our LO is 5 months old. The other family is hosting. We will provide my child's sleep space to be set up at the host family's home. Should we do a pack n play? Something else? I believe it needs to be portable because the host family doesn't have a ton of space and will need to move it at night.

Thanks!
