Well if you want nanny to stay in the share, what is a good increase?
For me, it would be $1/hr increase from each family. I am working a share situation now, and it's tons more work to deal with two families. But I strongly advise having a meeting with the nanny to see where her biggest challenges are. Hopefully she can be honest with you.
How is it tons more work to deal with two families? I can see if one or both was difficult to deal with, but assuming both are relatively normal people (huge assumption, I know), what about it makes it more work?
