I have no clue what thats about. I have had many background checks done through care and have had a membership. I also had a security clearance, which, just expired at the end of 2017, so I'm like "what the heck!" They said they will send me something in the mail. Has this happened to anyone? This is the first time I've used their site.
Sounds like they had some information from someone with the same name appear on your record. When you get the background check in the mail, it’s required to be all of the information that was used to deny you membership. So, call the company that ran the check, dispute whatever appeared that was your doppelgänger’s information, and have them resubmit to sittercity.
I had to dispute information through my care check, although it wasn’t anything thing which would have made me a danger to children.
