Yes I would pay her guaranteed hours. So, if it's a holiday or you cancel for whatever reason, you should pay her.

Yes. Without question you pay her for the days/hours where she is scheduled to come.

You would do the same whether she is a babysitter or a nanny. This person is guaranteeing you that she will be available those three days at those specified hours. You guarantee the hours for a babysitter as well.

Yes. Without question you pay her for the days/hours where she is scheduled to come.

You guarantee her part-time hours just like a full-time nanny. So if you schedule/contract her for MWF from 9 to 2, you pay her for MWF from 9 to 2 whether you need her or not.

Part-time is much harder to keep than full-time because most nannies are looking for full-time and will leave as soon as they get a full-time job. You want to make the part-time job as consistent and dependable as possible. You are looking for a part-time, temporary nanny, OP, which is the hardest to keep by far. I would also offer a bonus for her staying the entire time.
