When it rained I would walked up and down the stairs 12 times. Lady if you really want to exercise you will find and make the time. I do ballroom dancing, therefore I need to practice my steps so I wouldn't forget them when on the dance floor, therefore I sometimes dance in the kitchen. If there is an empty area where you work make use of it. Run up and down the stairs if there's sidewalk in your neighborhood....good luck.
