OP here!
My contracts said 45 hours guaranteed...... this is not the first issues I had in this share one of the Parents is ALWAY late to pick up their son (they don’t paid me extra for this usually is late 10 to 25 minutes) I talked with them 3 times in the 10 months I had been working with them and nothing change.... I start looking for a position already...

Since they asked you to leave earlier than usual, then they should have just told you that you wouldn’t get paid for your hours off.
That would be the right thing to do.

Perhaps this is the first time that they are working w/a Nanny & simply do not know what to do in these specific situations.

To ensure this doesn’t happen again, let both families know that while you appreciate their concern, etc....
That you still need your regular hours to be paid in full.

Good luck.

Just don't expect to be allowed to leave early when the weather deteriorates.

What does your contract say?

that is crazy, look for another position. When you don't take good care of your nanny, then you lose her.

Do you have a contract? Do you have guaranteed hours?

Well, your contract should have spelled that out. If you're guaranteed a certain number of hours a pay period, then you should have gotten paid for those hours even if you didn't work them. If you get paid for the hours you work, then you don't get paid when you leave early. If you don't have a contract that explains how this situation should be handled than you have only yourself to blame.

Nanny here... a couple days ago we had icy conditions and both families let me leave early (I didn’t asked to leave early) for my security etc,. I really appreciate that but now just checked my paystub and both families took those hours out of my paycheck I had 10 years working as a nanny this never happened before ... I’m frustrated and upset... vent over!
