This would be a great gig for me & it would surely fit all my needs as I am an older Nanny who has already raised my own children and would not like to watch kids every single day like my younger counterparts may.

Career nanny here. It depends on the days. I worked long hours Monday- Wednesday for four years. It worked out great for my home life, but I would never work MWF.

I’m going to need a nanny full time for three days a week - is that something that works for people? Will I be able to find someone experienced and long term? (Sorry if it’s a dumb question - I’m new to this.)
