That's pretty much all DS' nanny did when we were in a similar scenario. She'd do a combo of

Relax
Pick up any activities from the morning
Prepare lunch
Plan afternoon activities
And from time to time she'd text me asking if it was ok to straighten up the playroom, his bedroom, run errands, etc.

DON'T ASK. She's going to get ideas.

You should ask. Because if it's two hours twice a week right now, it will probably be more in the future. If you don't want to do household tasks, then you need to make sure they know that now, and you know if that's what they're expecting. Right now, you're only going to get about an hour between drop off and pick up, so I wouldn't worry about it, but if he starts going more often, it may be an issue.

Do the child's laundry, errands and ordering for the child and his/her grocery shopping - clean his room and playroom and organize toys. Make meals for the child.

I don;t do any general household tasks (family has a housekeeper) but always have things to do when my charge is napping.

Ask her, we're not psychics.

I just had a interview. The mom told me I have to pick their son in morning and drop him to preschool. I have to be back home and then pick him up after two hours. The pre school is going to be two days of week. She didn’t mentioned what I will do when I come home for two hours and what I will do when their son will take nap? I don’t want household tasks. I am okay to do everything related to the child.
Please I need advice. Do I have to ask her what I do during those hours? ( when child is in pre school or taking nap).
Please need advice ( the reason I want to start new job is too much household tasks at my current job)
Thanks
