OP here,
She's gone for 2 weeks winter vacation but I managed to asked her what she meant and she said the same .. "if you'd like an additional $80 that is fine. I need to wait until I get paid. Do you want me to mail it to you?"
Of course I said yes, because I have bills to pay. I need the income but I do not think I can stay on working for her.

Agree! Talk to your employers first, don't quit and end up shooting yourself in the foot. I totally agree that some of these scenarios represent inappropriate behavior on the part of the employers, but not every offense is a fatal one. In this case, ask the MB for the remainder of your pay. If it happens again, I would ask WHY she would think you wouldn't want your entire pay?

Had something happened - you were out sick, they did not need you, you took personal day? I am not saying her behavior is ok, but at least that would make sense that she would think she might get away with withholding money. Otherwise it is just odd.

Uuh, OP was clear. She was shorted $80. She asked for it, and rather than an apology and a promise to correct the mistake, the boss responded in a way that made it look like OP made an unreasonable/annoying request. Totally inappropriate on the boss’ part. What if you just forgot to show up for work in time and said, “oh, if you really want me to show up on time, okay.” It’s a way to deflect blame back onto the innocent party.

I told my MB that i have received less money for my last week salary. Total $80 dollars. I was expecting her to say "Oh I'm sorry, I will give it to you tomorrow" .
but she said "If you like the additional $80 that's fine"
