Agree! Talk to your employers first, don't quit and end up shooting yourself in the foot. I totally agree that some of these scenarios represent inappropriate behavior on the part of the employers, but not every offense is a fatal one. In this case, ask the MB for the remainder of your pay. If it happens again, I would ask WHY she would think you wouldn't want your entire pay?
