I think it's OK to ask her if she's feeling well and if there's anything you can do for her. If she says no, I think you need to leave it alone unless/until it affects her job performance. It's nice of you to notice and care that she seems unwell.

Nanny was sick for about 3 weeks and doesn't seem better in herself or physically. She is still doing an amazing job but everytime I see her, I see the weight loss continuing and how pale she looks and I still know she isn't 100%. Can't help but worry she has something terminal. I am worried for her and don't know what to do. Am I just jumping the gun? Would you be worried?
