I am generally a mindful person and I do yoga every day before work. My charge is nearly three and I just started doing yoga with him - so adorable!

Model happiness and gratitude, OP. Talk about abundance and be joyful. Even if your charge's parents are negative, I do think our charges pick up a lot from us.
