Hi- hiring a nanny soon for our infant twins, trying to get a gauge on what the rate is per hour. We don't particularly care about education, but some experience caring either for multiples or in a nanny share with comparably aged children is important. We also don't need housekeeping aside from baby related things like tidying up after them and doing their laundry.

Also, what things should we be asking them during the interview?
