This is really the only thing that's your business in any way. I would focus on that and not go looking for reasons to worry. I'd also shut down this kind of conversation w/ other mothers.

When and if it does, it's your families business, not other mothers or neighborhood families. I sign confidentiality agreements with employers to not discuss anything outside of the home. I would be upset if I found out my employer was discussing my weight loss and health status with mothers. Talk to your nanny if you feel it's impacting her job, but have some respect to not gossip about it with other mothers or your friends.
