Anonymous wrote:I am older nanny and I agree 100%. Nannies and parents both are way too attached to their phones and not watching their children. Their poor children/charges are begging for attention from any adult and always gravitate to me. I simply cannot watch them all do handstands or push them all on the swings - I have my charge to play with.
