She has 8.5 years of experience she has a couple of semester left to earn her Bachelor degree. She speaks French just like the kids. For the housework it is just dishes, keeping the kitchen clean. Also she will do the kids laundry and clean their room. All this plus taking care of the dogs, grocery shopping and the rest already mentioned above.

I would like to know how much a part-time nanny for 2 kids ( 2 y/o and 5) should be paid if she does 35 hours per week In Adams Morgan, DC.
Duties include:

pick up the kids
prepare dinner for the family
Housework/housekeeping
Run errands and grocery shopping
Walk and take care of dog
Ps: she has her own car
