It's something like $25/mo per family, plus travel, and fees for extra meetings. Of the $600+ I pay to CCAP, they pass on $25 to the person I have the most contact with. So gross. Every survey I fill out I say they should pay them more. But then I've seen the craigslist ads they use to find the LCCs, and I realize that they have no real qualifications and probably some on-line module training. So is that really worth more than $25?

This is EXACTLY right. They make next to nothing. The agency owners keep the big bucks for themselves. The scheme is a rip-off.
