I know a lot of nannies who would like to spill the beans on the way they have been treated by their employers. As for me I was lucky to have met some of the most kind and caring human beings to work for. Maybe it was my personality which drew me to these families and visa-versa.

There's saying you get back what you put out, well, I've been getting back what I putted out all my life....unfortunately it never worked in the dating world for me. However, it did work in the employment world where I am concern. Good luck with those who have a lot to dish.

Are you trying to have a nanny agency busyness ? Your want to be the owner of the agency put people to work for families and you are going to get the best part or most of their salary? what is going to be the name of the agency?

Oooh, I love how you tried that thing where you flatter people to get them to do something for you. It would be interesting to see what kind of people fall for that.
