Are you looking for structured classes, or for place to visit like an outing.

The Kennedy Center is a wonderful place to explore with toddler. There are flags to see and stairs to climb up and down and an balcony over the river you can go out and see the boats.

African Art is a particularly kid friendly/accessible museum.

College Park Airport Museum is a lot of fun.

Also you should add where you are. Very few activities are worth a 45 min metro ride with a toddler, so giving us a general area can help us give better ideas.

What are some indoor activities to do in the DMV area that is metro accessible (preferably train ride only and walk- no bus) for toddlers, 15 months and up?
