Nannies, when you have left a position, what's the most meaningful gift you have received (besides money -- that is a separate question that I am posting separately)?
Our nanny has been caring for DD and the other child in our share 4 days/week since they were 3 and 5 months old, respectively. Due to a few factors (kids starting preschool, nanny is weary of his long commute) we're sadly ending the share and the nanny has decided to take a new position much closer to home 4 days/week (though he will still be with DD one day a week -- he just couldn't bear to cut the cord entirely!).
Our two families would like to give him a gift to thank him for his loving care of the two kids for the past several years. He's a sentimental guy and very craft-y, so the bar is high! We were hoping to come up with something beyond the kids' handprints on a picture frame, lovely as that is.

Any creative ideas would be most welcome. Thank you!
