Ask the nanny. Most don't want the hassle of two infants (are the infants at least within a few months of each other?!) and a toddler, because it's too hard to keep the toddler entertained and yet do everything that the parent of the other infant wants (uninterrupted naptime for one). A share is completely different from a single family; most parents are fine with a younger sibling being drug along for playdates, storytime and classes.
