OP here. pp I understand what you're saying and am thinking that's the issue, however, in many cases the kids listen to the nanny way better than to the parents, which they even said to me about their former nanny. I said from experience I agree, and asked them not to take it personal. So when they listen to me and don't listen to the parents, it's not my fault, I don't tell them to listen to them. I see all these unhappy kids all the time, being yelled at by parents. Geeze, let them be kids and enjoy their childhood. No kid will ever be perfect, that's why they're called kids.
