Wow.

I always though that Care.com sucked but now I think it sucks more.

Sounds to me like they are trying to avoid some form of liability??

I was terminated once. Like you was on for years, have 5 star only reviews and a great record. Then I got a speeding ticket which I disagreed with (was going 60 in a 50, but the cop thought it was 40 which was reckless driving. I took video of me driving on the road passing a 50mph sign and stopping where I was pulled over and went to court to argue. Was dropped to some other moving violation but somehow now shows up on my "background check" because I was in court.) Because of this the next time a family ran my background on care.com it showed up, the system automatically flagged and suspended me. I called in asking to explain and be reinstated and the lady told me there was nothing they can do, the system does what it does and their policy is "better safe than sorry." She said at best if it was wrong I could contact the background check company, get it removed, and if its within 30 days of the suspension they would reinstate.

Don't know why my membership was terminated, has this happened to anyone before? Been on care.com for about six years, with no problem. They didnt give me a reason. By the way, I'm a nanny.
