She said that they go to school stinky. She sounds more like a housekeeper than a nanny.
OP, I would ask your MB to throw the dirty sheets in the wash during the night, so you don't have to waste an hour+ gathering them and putting them through a wash cycle. Then you have another 1-2 loads of laundry, which can likely be done in four hours.

Oh and I work from 2:30-5:30.

OP here, I have six years experience and am working on my education degree. I took this job, quite frankly, because I was desperate.I live in the Five College Consortium in Western MA= lots of students willing to do this work for cheap. I was making $18/hr in my last position but was let go due to their financial difficulties. Previously, I was making nearly 30/hr because I lived on Martha's Vineyard. Yes, I knowingly took an underpaying job, but something is better than nothing while I search for a new position. I need advice how to tell MB that completing all the laundry is impossible in such a short amount of time. Also, the kids really do smell, which is another huge concern.

Kids don't always reek when having an accident if changed quickly. She may not be showering them daily, which is the bigger issue. Give them a shower and do what you can.

OP, to put things in perspective for you, when I had one newborn, I hired a nanny with no experience for $15 an hour. You need a new job.

Call her right now and tell her that she should come home immediately because you are leaving.

Please tell her that the children smell and need to shower in the morning. It breaks my heart that other kids are going to make fun of them or are already making fun of them.

I assume you don't have education or experience, OP, to accept such a low paying job. I would tell OP that the amount of work she is requesting is not possible within the time frame. Period. Do what you can and leave the rest.

And of course, begin looking for another job NOW.

I've been with my new family about a month. I am required to do the laundry for MB and her three children. The issue is, they all wet their beds every single night. She lets them go back to sleep in it, and has me change the beds/launder bedding when I get in. I am only getting paid $11/hr. She also allows them to wear multiple outfits per day. She expects all of the laundry to be done, folded and put away each day. It is literally not possible as I am only there 4 hours per day. How can I tell her that I am very overwhelmed with the laundry and also that she shouldn't allow the children to go back to bed when they wet themselves (they REEK and she does not have shower them in the AM, so they go to school stinky).
