I might, but a lot depends on the ages of everyone involved and their own feelings.
If it's been 15 years since they dated, it wasn't a huge romance or awful breakup and they are friendly and/or totally nonchalant about it - then sure.
If any one of those things are not true then I'd probably keep looking.

Well high school dating is basically puppy love at best so I think it should be okay.

Does she even KNOW that your fiancé is her ex?
