What I like to do to get an idea of what jobs pay in a specific area is look at job postings. I look at the local agencies and see what they are advertising jobs similar to mine as

I am a housemanager - nanny.

I have two school aged charges. i do grocery shopping, cooking, day to day management of the house and delivers/maintenance but no actual cleaning.

I live in, so don't make quite that much but also have car, phone and health insurance provided

A house manager is not a housekeeper. A house manager would oversee a housekeeper and the overall running of a household.

Two entirely different jobs. Housekeepers get paid twice what nannies are paid. I would think no less than $40/hr.

I am the nanny for one now 18 month old child and manage the house (pay the housekeeper, order all supplies, instruct the gardener and cleaning company) and I earn $27 and hour plus health and dental benefits.
