OP here. Of course I do. But she already requires me to take the kiddos on an outing EVERY day, I do all kid laundry & grocery shopping, meal prep and cooking. AND I also take care of a second charge, an infant, on top of that. I feel she's asking too much. It is not my job to teach her daughter Spanish, especially with all the other duties I have.

If your MomBoss really feels that her daughter learning espanol is such an important goal, then she should have stressed this more during your interview & hired someone who is fluent in the language as well.
Also since you're being overworked + not paid well then it would be best to give them your walking papers and find a new position.
