I think it is normal to feel this way but you need to remember you are important too. You can't care for kids if you are sick and it would be wrong too.

I am a nanny - I take care of my charge and her family, not the other way around.

MB had a stomach bug and I caught it last night. I was vomiting all night and texted MB. Of course, she was 100% understanding and told me to rest, apologized for giving me the bug and offered to send over anything I might need. So that is not the issue...

The issue for me is that it feels weird and I do feel guilty (even tho it is ridiculous).
