TMI.

Period.

MB needs to find a BFF.

Not in you.

Easy going doesn't equate to discussing your sexual life with an employee

Ugh, just no on so many levels. It'd be one thing if you were friends with MB before you started working for her, but I'm guessing that is not the situation here. What you described is way too personal for an employer-employee relationship. You should sit down with MB and possibly DB to explain that you expect a professional work environment and to institute some boundaries.

MB gets way too personal with me, she already considers me a part of the family (which I dislike being describes as, considering if she wanted to, she could fire me at any moment for whatever reason) anyways, she tells me too much of her personal life down to sexual experiences and I feel so embarrassed for her, considering that I take care of her child, and every now and then walk in on her and DB damn near making out in the kitchen. They have become really comfortable with me being around and MB would sometimes pull me to the side to have conversations and in the midst of it, she'd be changing her clothes right in front of me! Does anyone else experience this problem?
