I am glad to hear that you will be leaving this family. Look for a family that has two out-of-the-house working parents. Also, I love starting with a newborn.

Get re-certified in CPR.

You last post said that they were going on vacation. How can that be if dad is deployed?

I remember your previous post OP.

Glad you are actually contemplating leaving your stressful job!

I'm currently in the works for looking for a new family to care for. Caring for my current family has really became stressful, mom is a SAHM, DB is in the military and currently deployed, and all the kids are homeschooled. I've became like family to them, but it's not easy to say the least, MB is always on the go, my charges are so used to me being playful with them, they no longer take me serious, not to mention they are all between elementary and middle school age. MB leaves a laundry list of things to be done, then complains, about how tired she is and barely has time to do anything, leaving me to do all the dirty work, but somehow is always at church or the gym (I know none of my business but whatever), and it's frustrating trying to do my job, and moms as well, and I've became completely burnt out. So I'm looking for a new family to care for in the NOVA area, and hopefully it'll be a lot easier and less stressful.
