Your best luck is a college student. Maybe advertise at a university and specify that you want someone fluent in Spanish who is also majoring in teaching if that's important to you.

Any thoughts? I have had zero luck with advertising on DCUM or going through care.com for nannies, so I thought finding a teacher who is off for the summer might be a better route. How do I find someone like that?
