AND define the severance and make it contingent on her working through the notice period. We all expect the best but it is best to plan for the worse. You don't want her getting a new gig and leaving you high and dry.

After a 7 1/2 as nanny with one lovely family,they give to me one gold chain with 3 pendentes that represents the 3 kids I was taking care,plus one check conten 5,000 dollares and a dinner,I still baby sitter them when the family going out.Anonymous wrote:We have a fabulous nanny who has been with us for several years.
