I would say $10 an hour.
We actually pay a 15yo neighbor in the summer to watch our kid for 4 hours in the afternoon, We pay her $10 but only have one kid and she is 5 so no diapers or baby issues.

A neighbor, age 15, will be coming over for 1-2 hours once a week after school as a mother's helper to play with my 2 children (ages 2 & 5). I'll be here to change diapers, deal with any problems etc.

How much should we pay her?
